GALA MENU

APPETIZER: Legume Salad. English Peas, Fava Beans, Cucumber, Avocado, Sherry Vinegarette (vegetarian, contains gluten)

ENTRÉE OPTION 1: Miso Glazed King Salmon. Red Cabbage, King Trumpet Mushrooms, Fresh Garbanzo, Puffed Sorghum (seafood)

ENTRÉE OPTION 2: Wood Roasted Mushrooms. Tofu, Daikon, Mushroom Consume (vegetarian, contains gluten)

DESSERT: Strawberries and Cream. Strawberries, Vanilla Whip, Angel Food Cake, Pistachio (contains gluten, dairy, and nuts)

Served with a selection of two Montage home-made breads, and Sierra Nevada butter. Dinner paired with Chardonnay and Magnum Cabernet Sauvignon Ramey Wines.
