6:00 pm GALA DINNER AT MONTAGE HEALDSBURG'S GRAND BALLROOM

8:15 pm LIVE MUSIC & DANCE WITH NICK ROSSI & THE JAZZOPATERS

8:30 pm FIRST SHUTTLE BUS DEPARTING FROM MONTAGE TO THE HEALDSBURG COMMUNITY CENTER (every 15 min)

9:30 pm GALA CONCLUDES

APPETIZER: Delta Asparagus Salad. Sorrel, Sheep's Milk Ricotta, Puffed Grains

ENTRÉE OPTION 1: Striped Bass. English Peas, Ramps, Chanterelles

ENTRÉE OPTION 2: Artichoke Ravioli. Fava, Spring Onion, Mint

DESSERT: "Healdsburg Jazz" Gâteau. Almond Sponge, Ganache, Coffee Liqueur, Blood Orange

Served with a Chef's selection of housemade breads & Sierra Nevada Creamery butter. Dinner paired with fine wines.
