APPETIZER: Delta Asparagus Salad. Sorrel, Sheep's Milk Ricotta, Puffed Grains

ENTRÉE OPTION 1: Striped Bass. English Peas, Ramps, Chanterelles

ENTRÉE OPTION 2: Artichoke Ravioli. Fava, Spring Onion, Mint

DESSERT: "Healdsburg Jazz" Gâteau. Almond Sponge, Ganache, Coffee Liqueur, Blood Orange
